Thomas cook service is great. I have done tours with them both personalized and group. The Service of Nitin Purohit, who handles the tours, is excellent, very co-operative, helpful and regular follow up. At the tour level their operations planning and execution wrt to quality of Hotels, Transportation, Indian food for lunch & dinner is very good.
