He also managed the airline ticketing so well that I had no issues in the planned trip. Good one Thomas cook for all the help too make it a grand success. My Europe Tour, with Thomas Cook was just excellent. All pre tour & on the tour services were top class. Nitin Purohit was extremely efficient , attentive n helpful till the last day. Rajesh, Marcelin madam were extremely helpful. Sites were chosen very carefully to cover maximum points. Airlines service, food, luxury bus.....every thing was pleasant. Our Tour Manager, Nikita Mehra, was very helpful to everyone n efficient in everything....overall, very satisfing experience. Thnx a lot.

Mr. Nitin Purohit is a very polite, efficient, well knowledged and very helpful person. His intervention made our whole tour booking procedure very smooth and easy. He provided us with all the required information from time to time and made things easy for us.
However I am afraid I am not very happy with certain Thomas cook policies. Many rooms provided on the tour were quite crammed up for 3 persons which made our stay bit inconvenient and uncomfortable in some places. 1 bathroom shared by 3 people also made things very inconvenient. They should have given us a separate single room as we had paid on individual basis.

The Service of Nitin Purohit, who handles the tours, is excellent, very co-operative, helpful and regular follow up. At the tour level their operations planning and execution wrt to quality of Hotels, Transportation, Indian food for lunch & dinner is very good.
