Mr. Umesh of JP Nagar branch is a good marketing executive. He has lot of patience and perseverance. He does all follow ups and answers all queries thoroughly. But for his efforts, I wouldn't have made this trip.

Service is good but their policies are bad. More over this is not the accurate location of this place. I tried to recommend the right location on the MAP but was unsuccessful.

I recently had a wonderful family vacation to dubai. I got a cutomised package from Thomas cook at a great price designed by Ramprasad and co ordinator Muthamma. Everything was so well co ordinated and really appreciate the punctuality of all the drivers. Everything went as per the plan and everything was well taken care. The Thomas cook agents are real experts who know the things in and out about the destination you want to visit and they can provide latest information and provide answers for all your queries on time.
I highly recommend anyone for any abroad out of India vacations through Thomas cook.
