Last year I went to Vietnam, combodia and Thailand. This year booked with them to Azarbaijan, Georgia and Armenia. Both trips through JP nagar branch. The services, very personalised. I have been dealing with Sneha in both occasions. She has given all information I needed, followed up with me till I booked the tour. She attends all my calls, responds to my messages. I am happy with her services.

Shashi was kind and diligent. This was the second time working with him. He could be a little quick in responding. Company has to work with employees on training them on how to communicate and response within a set time.

We recently went on a trip to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore which was organised by Thomas Cook. The tour was very well organised and catered to all of our needs. Special kudos to Mr. Shashi who helped us from day one and made sure we were well taken care of during the trip.

Good experience over all

Last year in August 2023 my family joined Canadian Delight trip organized by Thomas Ccok. All the ground work for joining the trip was handled by JP Nagar Bengaluru office of Thomas Cook.A very well coordinated effort by their office team in finalizing the bookings,ticketing, Visa processing,arranging FE ,insurance cover. The package was comprehensively managed which greatly facilitated ease during actual travel. As a group we thoroughly enjoyed the sights,our hotel stays under a well meaning tour Manager. When one joins a group tour some minor issues do crop up.The Manager handled them well within the framework of the tour guidelines. Few areas for Thomas Cook to consider: * For a long 12 day tour,different variety in food menu each day would be welcome. * Since bus journeys are long In bus facility must have: Functional toilets , good quality public address system, drinking water bottles. * Tour exclusions have to be very clearly spelt out leaving no statement for interpretation. e.g. Total Amount to be paid per person for entire tour towards "Gratuities" * Group identification: Thoma Cook Caps , badges,scarfs a must.Tour Managers must carry a "Flag" for easy spotting during group movements. * Chose restaurants which have adequate seating capacity to handle full group all together.Otherwise leads to waiting time & delays.

We took a family trip to Bhutan from Bangalore, our first experience with Thomas Cook and the whole experience was simply fantastic. The tour was meticulously planned and executed, with great attention to details particularly cuisine preferences and mobility support for all travellers. Right from booking with our travel agent contact Sashi, to the trip manager Theresa and the crew, everyone was very professional and warm in all interactions. We intend to go for more trips with Thomas cook now and have also recommended them to others.

Foreign exchange dealers

When asked for Europe package, didn't give proper suggestions. Lady there said, you can check on the website. If I can just check on website, why should we visit in person. Maybe on a whole Thomas Cook provides good packages. But this branch wasn't helpful for me much. Regarding the currency exchange also, they redirected me to Jayanagar branch.

Shashi is very helpful in resolving queries and very responsible in all the travel related activities. He walks extra mile to understand your requirements and try to give best possible package.
