We recently booked a South Africa & Kenya group tour with Thomas Cook (Hiranandani Meadows, Thane). While South Africa arrangements, hotels, food, and tour manager Kartik were excellent, the overall experience was extremely stressful due to poor flight planning and misinformation. We had struggles in Kenya trip but Mr. Dhanajay made sure to solve our issues and helping us around everytime He was also available 24/7 on call and made sure atleast he could calm us down and come up with solutions till the end he did his job great 🙏
