I reside in Mumbai and still whenever I take a holiday I only contact the Thomas Cook Rajkot Branch! The staff there is so polite so positive that they manage to help me calm down my travel anxiety always! My tickets are in place and Hotels are booked, in fact my International trips go hassle free including the Visa Process! Further I would like to specially Thank the staff who have been in contact with me from the Rajkot Branch - Miss Shrutee & Mr Ritesh. These two hold a special appreciation from my end as they have been with me on constant calls whenever I have any doubts, any Issues and they are always very polite and helpful! They have gone out of their ways to help me beyond their usual business hours cause holiday discussions happen after my working hours as well. Miss Shrutee was awake early in the morning at 5 AM while she was making sure I board my flight safely during the huge indigo flight issues! It's rare to find such reliable and dedicated people they are a true asset to Team Thomas Cook! 💙
