I was at Thomas cook for Forex and Ms. Poonam Joshi had assisted me with all the formalities. The process was quick and very smooth. Very happy with the service at Thomas cook.

Visited in April 2016. Resort is in remote location with good views & on top of hill. Pros: 1. Far away from busy locations with pleasant atmosphere. 2. Tree House 3. Decent size rooms with good Mattresses. 4. Guy who manages kitchen was good & helpful. 5. Staff was helpful in arranging/explaining the roadmaps for nearby tourist locations. 6. Candle light dinner was very good and specially flower bokeh. Cons: 1. Very Poorly Maintained, Dogs are everywhere in resort. 2. After long travel from Gujarat around ten hours of journey, no welcome from Resort Manager. Not even courteous enough to greet & arrange for welcome drinks. 3. Painting in the room has come out as patches. 4. Food service is average. Looks like they are maintaining with minimum staff. 5. Food is poor. Don’t expect much about taste. In 4 days I was only eat breakfast properly. 6. There have many activities during stay, but none of staff member told to us isn’t it excellent? When I ask them one day before my check out date then only they told to me. 7. I spend money for luxuries room but I didn’t get whats difference between std. and luxuries room. 8. No Internet, No Wifi. 9. I book my package by Thomas cook india. In between I called heritage resort for own package details, And I surprise with facilities but for office leave reasons I took 2 days for conformation. After that I contact her for conformation but she reply me that package validity finished. Now I only have one optional package for coorg by thosmas. I reached resort and seen package catlog and again I surprise because that offer still remain same for 2017.
