The team of Thomas Cook Varanasi is wonderful. While Mr Mayuresh Jethwa assisted in booking the forex and connected me to Varanasi team, Mr Rohan Chakraborty had assisted me procuring the currency cash and card.. Mr Rohan had explained card info and safety concerns at length,, also made sure that card and app is well understood by the clients..
