My Thomas cook borderless prepaid card was being debited continuously with fraud transactions; I contacted the office through email, they said they will look into the matter and reply but haven't since then even after follow ups.
1) There is a security loop hole.
2) Inadequate customer service.
Nonetheless the staff is polite.
