A foreign exchange dealer from whom you can purchase foreign currency and card instruments. Their commission charges are much more than Banks, but with lesser documentation work. Their personnel had not advised me about the penalty for non use of card after 6 months; with the result that the entire US Dollar credit in my Thomas Cook card issued by them was reduced to zero in about a year. I consider that as a misgiving on the part of the Company's personnel as well as me.
