Went to Thomas cook for an international transaction last month and Dinesh at desk was very kind and helpful.
Again went for an another transaction today and Arun kumar at desk was equally helpful and clearly explained every step of the payment. Both of the transactions were completed seamlessly within 10-15 minutes without much waiting time.
Do visit between 9 am and 2pm for international transactions. Make a call before your visit to know the documents needed for your services.
