Went there for foreign currency exchange but they were out of stock because of year end. Although, I received the exchange amount on same day from other comparable forex. Also, they charge more at the airport.

Encouraging and supportive staff. Currency exchange is really safe (regarding fear of fake cash) and easy. We can book online also but usually we get the Forex amount if we book online in approx 48 hrs and they could ask you for some more money later too (was told by this branch bearers). I took a prepaid card along with some cash. Card was given at 0 fees. Best is to ask about the options available. (Ask for any concessional rates they can offer you too) Hope it helps. It helped me a lot though.
