Overall, the experience was very good. The trip was well planned and met our expectations.
On the first day, there was a slight hiccup due to two groups arriving at different times, but beyond that, everything went very smoothly. The accommodations were excellent.
A special mention to our guide and driver, Anda – extremely helpful, polite, and friendly throughout the trip.
We were also impressed by the responsiveness and support from the entire team. When we accidentally left our phone at one of the locations, both the Thomas Cook team and the on-ground support acted promptly, and we had our phone safely returned to us the very next day.
