We had booked a Europe tour at Thomas Cook Kharghar branch and need to write about Sidhiksha who helped us plan the trip.
She was incredibly responsive and helpful and explained the itinerary in detail. Provided good guidance in planning the tour with options, arranging and collating papers for visa visits, answering each and every query to the smallest detail, and advising on safety measures.
We give her a 10 out of 10 as we were extremely pleased with her services.

We had a pleasant tour to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. The hotels were very comfortable and all the meals were tasty. Our guide Mr. Yazad was superb in taking minute care of our travel visits to the parks and monuments. Thanks to Sidhiksha for organizing our memorable tour.

The service was excellent. The driver picked us up right at the airport and was at our service at all times throughout the trip. The choice of the hotels was top-tier and the food was outstanding. All locations were thoroughly enjoyed by us and it was definitely worth it. When our flight got cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control, we got immediate alternative flight arranged for us by the office. Our coordinator Jiya was in touch with us all throughout the trip and asked us if we needed any service. 5/5 definitely recommend

We booked family trip for Sri Lanka through Thomas Cook Kharghar.The ticketing, local transportation was excellent & appreciable.Out of 4 hotels,one was excellent and three hotels ie. Swiss Residence,Ash Ford and The Ocean were not upto the mark.If Sr citizens are traveling, these hotel should not be allotted as they hv stairs either at entrance or at dining hall.The driver cum local guide Mr Indi was very cooperative and well conversant with all locations & monuments.I suggest everyone to utilise services of Thomas Cook, Mr Sandeep and Ms Sidhiksha manage tour efficiently.
