The office is centrally located in Lucknow, although you might have a hard time figuring out the exact place since it is a small and cluttered office. The services of ThomasCook in general are great. The reception people are somewhat impolite, although they get the job done. Look for Ms. Asha Pandey. She might seem austere on the outside but she is extremely helpful.
