I just completed a 15-day Europe trip with Thomas Cook, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! I’m fully satisfied — it was truly worth the time and money spent. A special thanks to our Tour Managers, Pervin and Janaki, who made this journey unforgettable. Pervin is incredibly knowledgeable and highly experienced. She provided excellent insights at every tourist spot and took personal care of each group member. Our stay throughout the tour was very comfortable, with excellent food provided at the hotels. The accommodations were clean, well-located, and thoughtfully chosen. Each meal was delicious and catered to different preferences. Pervin’s flawless coordination helped us maintain perfect timing every single day. She communicated each day’s plan with clarity and patience, always speaking with politeness and grace. I also want to thank Thomas Cook staff Neelashri and Spandan Das, who supported me in the early stages of booking. A special mention to Neelashri, who helped me throughout the process. Whenever I reached out with a query, she was prompt and efficient in resolving it. Even during the VISA process, she assisted with the required documents and guidance, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Just before the trip, she even reminded me of the important dos and don’ts — a truly thoughtful gesture. A heartfelt thanks to Thomas Cook and its dedicated team. I would highly recommend their services to friends and family for a memorable, worry-free travel experience.

The experience of getting a Forex card from M/s Thomas Cook India Ltd was a pleasant surprise. The entire process was very smooth and it was made possible owing to adept handling by Mr Rishikesh Karmakar, at each customer touch-point.

Required foreign exchange for our forthcoming holiday, and was assisted by Rishikesh who did a commendable job in explaining the process and guiding us through to a satisfactory deal in a day’s time. The office is neat and clean, and easy to locate on G-maps. A pleasant experience, and will re-visit, even though the exchange rate may be slightly higher than the rest.

I had a very smooth, positive experience recently, while exchanging currency from this well-organized TC branch. I must mention that Mr. Rishikesh was very professionally helpful as well as efficient during my in-person visit. We had a roller coaster ride with Thomas Cook. Initially their guidance n support was wonderful, especially Miss Sangeeta, she was caring n meticulous. We had booked for Europe trip but unfortunately we didn't get Schengen visa n We were extremely disappointed as it had happened 7 days prior to our departure. Then we were completely clueless for the next couple of months. Meanwhile Thomas Cook suggested to convert it to UK trip. Once again we were excited yet afraid of anymore mishaps. But we had an unbelievably beautiful journey, with a great guide Mr. Satya. Made beautiful unforgettable memories at the trip. Thank you Thomas Cook n the team.
