Singapore and Malaysia tour during Durgapuja was a great experience for us. Sight seeing points are nicely planned by the tour operator Thomas Cook. Also, we got full support and courteous behaviour from the Sales Team led by Ms Neelashree Saha.

We have completed our tour of France and Switzerland on 26/10/26. Ms Neelashree very meticulously planned for our trip and helped us in every aspect.She kept in touch during our tour also. Our tour manager Pervin Ma’am is very experienced and professional person who guided us through out the journey. Thank you Thomas Cook for a great team work and management. I wish to travel with you again in future.

The recently concluded Durgapuja special tour to Malayasia and Singapore organised by Thomas Cook has been a perfect one. A to Z was planned systematically. The transportation, the hotels, the supporting staff including the tour manager Mr.Dhumal were flawless. A special word of appreciation for our coordinator Ms.Nilashree Saha from the kolkata office. She has been exceptionally supportive, has guided us in every step, listened patiently to all our grievances and solved them. She even walked that extra mile to work during the Pujas to organise our Kualalam visa. Thank you Nilashree. Thank you Thomas Cook for organising a memorable trip.

The entire tour was beautifully planned, organized in such a way that we have enjoyed a lot. Lodging,fooding and transportation was also very good. Very cordial and excellent service

We went for a 9 Day/8 Night trip to Vietnam with Thomas Cook. It was a delightful experience, incredibly hassle-free, right from the first appointment with Ms. Neelasree Saha to the actual tour with Mr. Moin Shaikh and the local tour guides Connie, Than and Ken. Everyone at Thomas Cook ensured the trip ran as smoothly as possible and henceforth looking forward to more such trips with Thomas Cook! The 9 days were packed with activities from day to night with ample personal time being also given for shopping and other adventures of own. The food was also really well taken care of, considering a lot of people in my group were vegetarians!. All in all, a great trip and no complaints and would definitely recommend TC to other trip-goers!

Very nice good behaviour from Nilasree and diparno so good .

The tour was enjoyable but I like to mention two things 1. Although the tour was for 7 Nights /8 days but day 1 is wasted because of timing of our flights. Which should have been taken into account. 2. As there were lots of senior citizen on this tour a coach with toilet facilities is preferable.3. An alternate tour of Louvre museum could've been arranged for the guests who were not interested in Disney land. I'll thank Ms. Neelasree Saha of Salt Lake office for assistance. And kudos to Mr. Abhishek our tour manager for taking care of us. My brochure which I received at Kolkata office significantly different from the final itinerary. It was 3 nights in Paris 2 nights in Lucerne and 2 nights in Zurich with Mount Titlis.

Recently, We group of four made Magical Dubai with Abu Dhabi tour with Thomas Cook. My observations: Tour Manager: Available with smile Local Manager: Conducted as per itinerary but Global Village was missing. Accommodation : At Dubai… Good Hotel At Abu Dhabi: Superb Hotel Food: On rotation at different specialty restaurants. Transport: Good vehicles were arranged. Flight: Ex Kolkata we’re booked by Emirates to fly Dubai but on return trip we were booked by Indigo via Hydrabad where a sleepless night we had to spend of no reason. Kolkata is an international airport and only we four were travelling why we were allotted a break journey without our consent is still a mystery to us. Even during booking we were told that direct flight will be allotted by local office. Visa: I personally had a visa issue which was resolved by Ms. Neelashree and Mr. Sujit of local office confidently. Thanks D.Sadhukhan & party

The trip to Bhutan customized by Thomas Cook was an enjoyable and memorable tour.It was well organised and efficiently coordinated throughout barring a few hitches. Special thanks to Neelashree Saha for her active involvement and efficient briefing. She patiently handled all the queries and clarified the doubts. Thanks to the team, it was an awesome experience.
