It was a great experience with Thomas Cook. The staff had been very good in laying out a good itinerary and planning a wonderful vacation for us. Special thanks to Neelashree for being so supportive and helpful in this journey!

The tour was enjoyable but I like to mention two things 1. Although the tour was for 7 Nights /8 days but day 1 is wasted because of timing of our flights. Which should have been taken into account. 2. As there were lots of senior citizen on this tour a coach with toilet facilities is preferable.3. An alternate tour of Louvre museum could've been arranged for the guests who were not interested in Disney land. I'll thank Ms. Neelasree Saha of Salt Lake office for assistance. And kudos to Mr. Abhishek our tour manager for taking care of us. My brochure which I received at Kolkata office significantly different from the final itinerary. It was 3 nights in Paris 2 nights in Lucerne and 2 nights in Zurich with Mount Titlis.

Recently, We group of four made Magical Dubai with Abu Dhabi tour with Thomas Cook. My observations: Tour Manager: Available with smile Local Manager: Conducted as per itinerary but Global Village was missing. Accommodation : At Dubai… Good Hotel At Abu Dhabi: Superb Hotel Food: On rotation at different specialty restaurants. Transport: Good vehicles were arranged. Flight: Ex Kolkata we’re booked by Emirates to fly Dubai but on return trip we were booked by Indigo via Hydrabad where a sleepless night we had to spend of no reason. Kolkata is an international airport and only we four were travelling why we were allotted a break journey without our consent is still a mystery to us. Even during booking we were told that direct flight will be allotted by local office. Visa: I personally had a visa issue which was resolved by Ms. Neelashree and Mr. Sujit of local office confidently. Thanks D.Sadhukhan & party

The trip to Bhutan customized by Thomas Cook was an enjoyable and memorable tour.It was well organised and efficiently coordinated throughout barring a few hitches. Special thanks to Neelashree Saha for her active involvement and efficient briefing. She patiently handled all the queries and clarified the doubts. Thanks to the team, it was an awesome experience.

I just completed a 15-day Europe trip with Thomas Cook, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! I’m fully satisfied — it was truly worth the time and money spent. A special thanks to our Tour Managers, Pervin and Janaki, who made this journey unforgettable. Pervin is incredibly knowledgeable and highly experienced. She provided excellent insights at every tourist spot and took personal care of each group member. Our stay throughout the tour was very comfortable, with excellent food provided at the hotels. The accommodations were clean, well-located, and thoughtfully chosen. Each meal was delicious and catered to different preferences. Pervin’s flawless coordination helped us maintain perfect timing every single day. She communicated each day’s plan with clarity and patience, always speaking with politeness and grace. I also want to thank Thomas Cook staff Neelashri and Spandan Das, who supported me in the early stages of booking. A special mention to Neelashri, who helped me throughout the process. Whenever I reached out with a query, she was prompt and efficient in resolving it. Even during the VISA process, she assisted with the required documents and guidance, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Just before the trip, she even reminded me of the important dos and don’ts — a truly thoughtful gesture. A heartfelt thanks to Thomas Cook and its dedicated team. The experience of getting a Forex card from M/s Thomas Cook India Ltd was a pleasant surprise. The entire process was very smooth and it was made possible owing to adept handling by Mr Rishikesh Karmakar, at each customer touch-point.

Required foreign exchange for our forthcoming holiday, and was assisted by Rishikesh who did a commendable job in explaining the process and guiding us through to a satisfactory deal in a day’s time. The office is neat and clean, and easy to locate on G-maps. A pleasant experience, and will re-visit, even though the exchange rate may be slightly higher than the rest.

I had a very smooth, positive experience recently, while exchanging currency from this well-organized TC branch. I must mention that Mr. Rishikesh was very professionally helpful as well as efficient during my in-person visit. Also, Mr. Aditya offered very clear explanation and guidance while talking over phone.
