Had an amazing trip to Europe with Thomas Cook's Apurba Europe Group Tour. We visited several countries including Switzerland, Italy, Austria and many others. The team at this office was very helpful and took care of all our needs. I would highly recommend traveling with Thomas Cook.

One of the best travel agencies in Guwahati. They organized a wonderful group package trip to Europe. Loved the food, sightseeing tours and hotel accomodation. Ritesh our tour manager took very good care of us. I was unwell and he really went out of his way to take special care of me. The coach manager/driver Sahib was also very caring and good. We visited cities in France, Switzerland, Italy, Vatican City, Austria and England. Will recommend them to others.

We went on a beautiful Europe tour with Thomas Cook.Everything starting from the tour manager Ritesh, hotel accommodations and service to sightseeing were very nice and well managed. We were given foreign as well as Indian food as and when requested. Only request would be to the guides to let sincere citizens sit in the front of the tour bus.

Best travel agency in my opinion, wife and I went to Vietnam for a week on a group trip and it was completely hassle free. Miss Sagarika is very informative and helped us out in every step of the way, she took care of all the formalities and we just had to take our papers and board the flight. Tour manager Mr Kamaljit was also very competent at his job and made the entire trip very fun. We stayed at 4 star hotels, local guides were there with us and every thing was satisfying for us, well worth the money spent. Visa, foreign exchange, insurance, local sim card were all taken care of by Thomas Cook. We had nothing to worry about. For all our future travels we will be going via Thomas Cook. Vietnam is very beautiful, we visited Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. The highlight of our trip was the cruise, boat ride and cave visit at Ha Long Bay.

I had booked trips to Vietnam and Dubai. I am happy with the services provided by the staff in thomas cook office, Guwahati. The trips are safe and it is fun to go on group tour with other families. Special thanks to Sagarika Bhattacharya who has always helped me whenever I needed her advice on booking the required packages. I travelled with Thomas Cook to Thailand (Bangkok and Phuket) for a 4N/5D trip. The overall experience was good starting from meals to transfers & sightseeing. The only thing that would have made the trip better was if our hotel in Phuket was located away from the hustle bustle of Phuket’s market area. Sightseeing in Bangkok was good but it would’ve been better if we were given a lunch break at the right time. While exploring Bangkok, we were also told that our driver would stay till 7pm but he did not. Overall, I enjoyed the services provided by this team and would recommend them to others.

Countries travelled to included UK, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Austria amongst many others. Our tour manager, Deepak Sawan, was fantastic and he took care of all our needs and requirements. The entire 14N/15D trip was wonderful and I wholeheartedly recommend this expert team to anyone who is looking to explore the world. I personally cannot wait to travel again with Thomas Cook.

We just completed a wonderful 10 day trip to Europe this week. It was a well organised trip where most of the places we wished to visit was covered. The stay provided by Thomas Cook was also excellent with good food throughout. Everyones preference was well taken care of. We had the best coach captain who was amiable and  made sure we had a safe and comfortable journey throughout. One standout of the entire trip was our Tour manager Mr Milind Gaikwad. He was very cooperative and made sure everyones needs are well taken care of. His knowledge about each destination and his communication skills were an added advantage. His positive attitude along with wonderful company of fellow travellers made this trip a memorable one. Just one point regarding the tour is that it was quite hectic, specially having lots of senior citizens on board. We understand that a lot of places had to be covered in a less time but a slight relaxation would have been better. Wanted to give additional feedback regarding the flights booked for the trip. We were unhappy with the quality of Polish airlines, we were rather told that a better airline like Emirates would be provided. We didn't receive our luggage on the first day of the trip which dampened our spirits at the very start. Going forward we expect better flights to be provided. Nevertheless we enjoyed the trip and will surely look forward to taking more trip with Thomas Cook in the future.

The package included fantastic attractions, and our tour manager Arif ensured a memorable trip. My only suggestion is to improve the quality of packed lunches when provided, and a couple of hotels were just okay. I highly recommend this Guwahati travel agency for their excellent care of your travel needs.

We have embarked on multiple journeys with Thomas Cook, including Thailand, Dubai (a definite highlight for us), and Sri Lanka. Each trip was truly memorable, but we'd like to share some feedback from our recent visit to Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka, with its abundance of sights and experiences, held immense promise. However, our group package itinerary felt a bit too tightly scheduled, hindering our ability to fully immerse ourselves in each place and attraction. An inconvenience we encountered was the extended waiting period (over four hours) at the airport for fellow travelers to arrive, regrettably causing us to miss out on sightseeing opportunities on the first day. Our overall booking experience with this team has been positive. We look forward to future endeavours with this team and explore new countries.

With Thomas Cook's UK Delights Group Package, we visited both England and Scotland, and our overall experience was highly positive and memorable. We got the opportunity to explore numerous tourist attractions. Our tour manager Amit Nagandhi was very good. The bus used throughout the tour was very comfortable. The only inconvenience we encountered was related to flight transfers, which involved a fair amount of walking within airports. If possible, there should be flight options without transfers. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the exceptional service provided by this supportive team, who assisted with all our travel requirements (visa, insurance, forex etc.) as well our tour guides who made our trip thoroughly enjoyable.
