Contacted Thomas cook Ranchi office when I accidently lost my Forex card. The team there explained me about availability of new card with benefits and suggested me if I want to upgrade my card to new card for replacement.
Although I did choose my old card type only, they did not pushed unnecessarily and respected my decision. When I reached their office, the process was quick and I was handed a new card with all my money transfer on it swiftly.
