BE CAREFUL BEFORE EXCHANGING, MUST CHECK RATES ONLINE AND BARGAIN IF THEY OFFER TOO LESS. As per my experience when i went to exchange USD they offered rate of 64 rs. but when i checked Thomas cook website it was showing there 64.8. When i told them about this difference they told that for exchanging at that rate i need to do it online else maximum they can give 64.3. Then after sometime they agreed for 64.5. So they changed from 64 rs to 64.5 within 5 minuted. Finally i exchanged my dollars at 64.5 rs. But initially they tried to cheat me. At that time I also called Thomas cook mumbai, they told that there is always a difference between rates offered online and offline. But they suggested that the offline rate is negotiable. BEST WOULD BE TO BOOK ONLINE ON THOMASCOOK WEBSITE BY PAYING 4% OF TOTAL EXCHANGE VALUE AND THEN VISIT THE BRANCH. THIS 4% MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN A FEW DAYS AFTER EXCHANGE.

Good service, professional attitude. Could add more payment options for their foreign currency sales.
