I am writing this review to appreciate the overall excellent quality of tour management we experienced during our recent Malaysia-Singapore tour. Our tour manager, Mrs. Pranali Kature handled all affairs remarkably well, with frequent follow-ups and records of every member present in the group tour with good co-ordination and co-operation. Making a tour hassle free not just for one but multiple families at once, and taking all the responsibilities as a leader is enormously tough which she shouldered amazingly well. Our local tour guides were professional, stern but welcoming, and helped us navigate in these countries unfamiliar to us. (Special mention to Mr. Manjit Singh, our tour guide in Malaysia.) Their vast knowledge about their homeland kept us in awe and helped us know more about our touring destinations. We would also like to mention the noteworthy assistance of Ms. Anjali Nair (Asst. Manager of outbound leisurely travel at Mumbai) who helped us through documentation and paperwork and Ms. Apurva Kadam (Visa team head) for easing out the visa application process. Though we encountered few delays, things went smooth enough to make the later tour stress-free and more enjoyable. To conclude, we give 5 stars to this exceptional service and we hope to encounter the same in our upcoming future tours with Thomas Cook, if ever planned.
