Time taken was too long for refilling Forex Card after booking online. Too much paperwork and number if confirmations even after submitting all payment statements, screenshot etc. Credit card charges to be waived off. Taking photocy of Credit Card should be avoided for security reasons. The formalities should be simplified and quick disposal will be highly appreciated. The currency is yet to reflex in my Forex Card even after two hours.
