I have been availing the services of this branch for the last 30 years or so for ticketing, visa and forex and their performance has always been extremely professional. Recently, I worked with Mr. Diptarup Saha, who handles forex, and as usual, it was a great experience. The experience with Thomas Cook located at SDF building, Kolkata was not good. I asked multiple times for my card benefits but the lady who attended me told to read it myself from the card booklet. I was told that first transaction from my card will be free but I was charged for it. My only concern is that the staff over there are not bothered to explain things properly in details and just want to complete the deal.
