I would like to recommend Thomas cook new alipore branch.arka was instrumental in letting me know the places in Rajasthan which i should visit during durga puja.we had several discussions regarding the places,cost and finalized the itinerary.

We have just returned from a wonderful and unforgettable trip to Bali organized by Thomas Cook. We generally opt for Thomas Cook since it is one of the best in the trade and provides safety and security in all respects, provide comfortable hotels and transportation, trained tour managers and makes efficient planning for sight seeing and the tourists get full enjoyment and also get proper value for their investments. We booked the tour from New Alipore, Thomas Cook office where the polite, well behaved and excellent tour co-ordinator and Assistant manager Mr. Sanjoy Gupta explained the itinerary and package most convincingly & transparently.After the booking of the package everything was made easy and very smooth by the extraordinary cordination made by Mr. Gupta. From e-visa, plane ticket to procuring currencies there was no hurdle at all. Mr. Sanjoy Gupta is available 24×7 to clarify all queries. After arriving the Airport the tour manager Mr Rajan Chhadwa took all the responsibilities on his shoulders by his timely approach, calm behavior, outstanding acumen of a Tour Manager, painstaking punctuality as a solver of all problems, good adherence to the itinerary. Our itinerary included some wonderful places to visit like Ulawatu temple Kachak dance, water activities on Bali sea, turtle Island, the mesmerizing Nusa Penida Island, Kintamani Batur volcano and lake,Luak coffee plantation, Tanalot temple on sea and heavenly sunset, Bajra Sandhi monument, ubud etc. and we all enjoyed every bit due to fantastic planning of Thomas Cook and managerial skill of Mr. Chhadwa, the TM. Hotels were comfortable, food was Indian and of good quality. However, the transportation had a bit smaller space inside. The overall rating is given as outstanding due to the very sincere effort of all the Thomas Cook representatives to make the tour a memorable one. So thanks to Thomas Cook, Mr Gupta, Mr Chhadwa and all others for their contributions to end the tour with sweet memories ❤️.

Our recent trip from Kochi Airport to Munnar, Thekkady & Kumarakom was organised by Mr Sanjay Gupta, Thomascook India Ltd, New Alipore Branch, Kolkata .All the Hotels as well as transport arrangements were excellent. We enjoyed the trip very much. Hope in future also we will receive best services from TCIL.

Our recently ended Egypt trip was excellent,though hectic. Lodging and fooding at Cairo Hilton hotel, Aswan cruise and Hurghada resort were so awesome! Tour manager was sincere and helpful & tour guide explained everything so precisely. The experience has been quite pleasant till date. Whenever we asked for any help and information, it was provided to us.

Tour organised by TCIL was vrey good. We enjoyed it very much. However, there were some issues which I have shared in my tour related review. These issues were about food and the people in the group. Service provided by Sanjay Gupta and his team was just excellent.

Mr. Arkya Samanta is very good person, Cooperative and guide properly. For our Dubai/Abu Dhabi trip recently except first 2 days the tour was smooth. But their Currency Depart is very slow. And rates are also less than other competitive organizations.

The journey was a dream come true, the trip to visit Kailash and Mansarobar can only be memorable when the end comes with the way ,I thought of.It had a tie up with Trip to Temples and each executive had the warmth and meticulous arrangement ready at hand.Though the first day was not the way ,I thought of,because of the weather but I feel I'm the luckiest when I could see Mt.Kailash and Mansarobar like it's next door the day next.I was in a different realm altogether,seeing is believing,pinched me when the craft landed after the aerial view.Om Namah Shivay,Har Har Mahadev.

Excellent arrangements. The tour manager/guide was excellent. He guided us in Europe very well. He helped us whenever we had any type of issues. One point why we were taken in a bus to Milan airport after driving for almost 7 hours. Whether there is no airport any other cities in Italy which is nearer. Otherwise I would have given you 5 star rating

Ours was a wonderful trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, organised by Thomas cook ,india. The tour was meticulously planned and conducted by our tour manager who happend to be an wowan. She was very particular about the punctuality and the last minute details. The hotels ,foods added the extra charm in visiting historical places of these countries. The ethnic boat rides and local drinks like Vietnamese cofee and coconuts were delicious. The basket boat rides with bamboo hates on had added additional flavour to our journey. Thanks and hats off to the Thomas cook.looking forward to go again with this group.thanks.
