Ours was a wonderful trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, organised by Thomas cook ,india. The tour was meticulously planned and conducted by our tour manager who happend to be an wowan. She was very particular about the punctuality and the last minute details. The hotels ,foods added the extra charm in visiting historical places of these countries. The ethnic boat rides and local drinks like Vietnamese cofee and coconuts were delicious. The basket boat rides with bamboo hates on had added additional flavour to our journey. Thanks and hats off to the Thomas cook.looking forward to go again with this group.thanks.

It was a memorable and pleasurable experience with Thomas Cook. Right from sharing the itinerary, booking, visa processing, exchange of currency, everything seemed like a cake walk! And to mention about the tour, each and every sites as well as events were covered. Delicious Indian Cuisines were served and the rooms provided cosy and comfortable. Our tour manager Nikita Mehra was extremely approachable, courteous, disciplined and professional.

Recently I visited Newalipore branch, the staffs are very experienced and guided me to customise package, I am fully satisfied with their services

Overall hotel ,guide,vehicle is good. Indian food is okay .Area of improvement will be .. share the itinerary in advance get an agreement. Asian food need to be inform restaurant in advance for a customisation if possible.

Hi All, I am Barnali Roy , I hv opted the Europe for All (summer 2023) trip from 18th June 2023 to 25th June 2023. The trip was a short trip covering Swiss, Germany, Belgium and France..... It was a nice trip and I enjoyed it to the fullest.....thanks to Kshitija Koppal .....our tour manager who is a superb in managing times and helps us to get the maximum enjoyment in a short period of time.... I will recommend this trip to all persons who have not been to Europe....plz take this trip.....u will enjoy very much....
