Small place on the backside of the building. One has to look for the sign board.
Staff was helpful with my inquiries.
Very minimal office, unlike regular travel agencies, there were no posters, flyers, ....
But the staff is courteous and efficient.
I visited Thomas Cook office today for getting currencies. Staff was helpful and provided all necessary details. Getting the foreign currencies was smooth and fast. I also noticed that other customers were also delt with in an efficent manner. I would definitely utilize the services again for all my currency requirements
