Among my experience, Thomas cook is best place to buy forex card, recently i went to Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. This one currency card is very helpful and mainly no conversion charges found..... This thomas cook card is budget friendly for all, no hidden charges and maintainance charges. My experience at the Thomas Cook Store at Annanagar was good. The process of getting the card and the cash was quick, and hasslefree.
Thank you Pramod, Hemnath and Vignesh for your actively taking care of my card reload requests while I am abroad.
I do think there is room for improvement in card mangement services such as reloading. Reloading money with ease through the mobile app without needing further communication through Whatapp can make for an easier user experience.
Setting up the card PIN is not clearly mentioned.
Overall I am satisfied with the reliability and customer support provided.

We had the pleasure of touring Japan Alpine route program for 10 days in June 2025. It was a most memorable trip for my family. Thomas Cook had made excellent arrangements throughout the entire tour.
