Thomas Cook's Bhopal sales team Shreya Jain and Ashish Pandey provided their best support at every stage when we travelled to Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore tour. When we were on trip , Shreya provided us with full support whenever we needed it.Tour Manager Swapnil and Alison from the operations team also extended all possible support and stayed with us till we checked in for India.
Every member was taken care of like a child.Yes, I would personally like to thank Thomas Cook for taking special care of Jain food and for those who were not able to arrange for Jain food, arrangements were made for them during the trip.
