We had a first trip with Thomas Cook. It was a very good experience. Mr.Dharni explained each and everything about the package and co ordinated with proper info until our flight . We met Mr. Jay who was our tour manager. He had a lot of patience to explain about the places visited along with taking care of all the people who had joined us right from day 1 until our flight back. He helped us with proper hospitality throughout. We thank the team for providing us good experience on our first trip

Happy with the arrangements Thomas cook had made for our Norway trip, dharani at our bangalore office was very helpful at all times - during the trip the coaches were comfortable - stay was good and a few places it was exceptional- guide amit was very helpful - thomas cook did an fabulous job the last day when all flights got cancelled due to heathrow outage - they were so swift in rebooking 29 of us on an alternative flight - was soooo impressed with their service
