Thank you Varsha!! for all the help and support provided when we came to Thomas cook , Basaveshwaranagar, Bangalore branch to book the tour package for Switzerland and Paris. Right from the time we booked the tour package, you were constantly in touch with us and supported us with all our queries. The visa process was smooth and all the documents required for visa were clearly made known to us and we were given enough time to collect/arrange all documents before the scheduled visa appointment time. And ,not to forget , once the visa was approved, you promptly got our passports delivered to our doorstep :) All the needed information about flights, hotel bookings etc was provided to us a week before the departure date and there was no scope for delays /confusions/etc. The trolley bag you gifted us was a sweet surprise and our son loved it the most :) About the package tour, it was wonderfully managed. Though it was a group tour, we never felt that there was not enough time given for sightseeing etc. The tour manager "Manish Salvi" was very good and helped and guided us all well during our entire tour. Switzerland being a dreamy vacation for most of us , Thomas cook did not let us down and we thoroughly enjoyed the vacation and it was a very memorable vacation for each of us :) Swiss French magic, as the name says it was indeed magical :) Will definitely consider Thomas cook again for our next travels and will definitely recommend it to others. Once again Thank you Varsha for all the help, guidance and support provided :)
