It was a great and memorable experience traveling to jodhpur, udaipur and jaipur. Thomas Cook has indeed done a good job by co-ordinating with respective hotels in each location. Also the driver that was provided to me had very good knowledge of tourist places.

I and my wife travelled along with 13 other friends to New Zealand. This 10-day custom package tour was designed by Sagar Wani and his colleagues. It was a well designed itinerary and we enjoyed every bit of it. The places we visited, hotels we stayed and food were carefully planned. South New Zealand was spectacular. Milford Sounds was most beautiful. Just a suggestion that Alpine train journey schedule from Arthurs Pass should be tweaked depending on daylight as we could not see much due to early sunset in month of May. Thanks to TC for overall nice experience.

We had booked the Kerala Delight tour with Thomas Cook this year and it was the most wonderful 8 days travelling with a group of diverse people overseen by knowledgeable and caring tour managers. The entire process was extremely smooth, right from planning for the most ideal location as per dates to booking the tickets. The hotels at each destination were clean, comfortable and in amazing locations, with helpful staff members. The food had a lot of variety and ample options for vegetarians. During our travels, Kerala was experiencing a lot of rain, however we were extremely comfortable and there was no inconvenience felt during our journeys and the tour managers took care of every aspect of the journey, making sure that we did not miss any spots from our itinerary. A special mention to the people at the Thomas Cook office, Pune. The staff was extremely helpful and most importantly patient with respect to any and as many queries, we had about the trip. In addition, during the trip there was constant contact with the Pune office as they kept inquiring about our comfort. I am thankful to everyone at Thomas Cook and look forward to many more trips with them.

Recently visited Newzealand with Thomas Kook Travels...it was a very good experience with arrangements done and Indian restaurant food selection...a very good tour guide cum driver with a van was amazing experience while travelling Thanx to Sagar and his team ...

We recently visited Vietnam, and the tour was planned by Thomas Cook, Wanowrie, Pune. We had a truly amazing experience, and everything about the trip was well-organized! A big thank you to **Ishwari Thakar**, who helped us plan the entire itinerary. She was very professional, experienced, and gave us some great suggestions that really improved our travel flow. The entire **Wanowrie team** was super helpful throughout. Everything went smoothly—transport was always on time, and we got to experience everything that was part of the itinerary. Our local guides were excellent too. **Halong Bay** was the highlight. We stayed one night with ocean view room. It was amazing experience . Indian food was served with some Vietnamese food items. Overall, it was a very well-planned and memorable trip. Thanks again to the team. I recommend everyone to opt for this tour organized by this team.

These are good vibrations from Thomas Cook. I myself will go anywhere with them again. Our friend Tushar Gaikwad, who is also a tour manager, is known to us. He always said to come with us, but after the actual arrival, it was a lot of fun and the second tour manager, Nihal, also worked very quietly to guide everyone in the queue. Dr. Dnyanesh Dusane Pune (Senior Consulting Surgeon) (Original) 23 एप्रिल 2025 ते 8 मे 2025 या दरम्यान आम्ही थॉमस कुक बरोबर युरोप दूर केली . फारच अफलातून अनुभव आला. थॉमस कुक यांची भारतात जाहिरात कमी आहे पण परदेशात त्यांचं रिकगनायझेशन साध्या भाषेत 'वट' चांगला आहे आणि हा आम्हाला स्वतः अनुभवायला मिळाला. काही ठिकाणी फक्त थॉमस कुकच्याच लोकांनाच प्रवेश मिळत होता एक्स्ट्रा पदार्थ फक्त थॉमस कुकच्याच लोकांना मिळत होते .बाकीच्या 'फेमस' कंपन्या सुद्धा आमच्याबरोबर टूरमध्ये होत्या पण एकंदरीत आम्ही जाण्याच्या पूर्वीच सर्व गोष्टी वेळेनुसार हजर असायच्या. त्यामुळे कुठेही वेस्टेज ऑफ टाईम झाला नाही आणि टूर मॅनेजर अभिजीत प्रधान सर्वात माहितगार असे टूर मॅनेजर होते .आमचे 40 लोक टुरिस्ट अलीबाबाचे नाहीत ,पण सगळे त्यांना सिन्सिअर व जबाबदार मिळाले. त्यामुळे वेळेच्या बाबतीत कुठेही गडबड झाली नाही .आमची खाण्याची पिण्याची कुठेही आबाळ झाली नाही.सर्वात महत्त्वाचे म्हणजे सुसू हा प्रकार तिकडे माहितगार व्यक्ती बरोबर सांगू शकते आणि वेळ अतिशय काटेकोरपणे पाळला गेल्या. परमेश्वर कृपेने कोणालाही मेजर दुखापत झाली नाही किंवा कोणी आजारी पडले नाही. हे चांगले व्हायब्रेशन थॉमस कुक चे आहेत. मी स्वतः पुन्हा त्यांच्याबरोबर कुठेही जाईल आमच्या माहितीतले आमचे मित्र तुषार गायकवाड हे सुद्धा टूर मॅनेजर आहेत. तो नेहमी सांगायचा आमच्याबरोबर या म्हणून पण ऍक्च्युअल आल्यानंतर खूपच मजा आली आणि दुसरी टूर मॅनेजर निहाल हे सुद्धा अतिशय शांतपणे सर्वांना रांगेत चालवण्याचे काम करायचे अतिशय मितभाषी पण काटेकोर वागणारे टूर मॅनेजर्स .विशेष कौतुक म्हणजे 71 वर्षाचे दणकट ड्रायव्हर त्यांनी हजारो किलोमीटर प्रवास अगदी लिलया केला व एवढ्या अवजड बॅगा उचलण्यासाठी कुठलीही कुरकुर किंवा कुठलीही अपेक्षा न करता ते स्वतःच हिरीरीने पुढे होऊन बॅग काढून व पुन्हा रचून द्यायचे. हे मोठे कौतुकास्पद होते .ते बॉडी फिटनेसच्या बाबतीत आमच्यातल्या सीनियर लोकांना एक आदर्शवत होते .एकंदरीत खूप छान अनुभव आला. धन्यवाद ! डॉ.ज्ञानेश दुसाने पुणे (सिनियर कन्सल्टिंग सर्जन)
