Thomas Cook Vimanagar Branch Too good, staff is very humble and got my things done within 24hours

Had an excellent trip organized by Jay and his team at Thomas Cook. The chauffer was nice and helped us with the tour planning as well based on the local conditions, the hotels for stays were excellent with beach views, fine dining experience and excellent services, and the pre-tour coordination was done very professionally by Jay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Raj Hande from the Thomas Cook, Viman Nagar, Pune office while applying for USA B1/B2 visas for my family. Throughout the process, Raj was extremely supportive, professional, and dependable. He assisted us at every stage of the process—from filling out the DS-160 forms and booking visa appointments to reviewing our applications and supporting documents. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he responded promptly and was always patient, courteous, and willing to help. What I especially appreciated was the guidance he provided before the visa interview. His valuable tips and thorough review of our documents gave us confidence and helped us prepare well. Overall, it was a very smooth and positive experience working with Raj. I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance with the USA visa application process.

Very good experience of services from Mr. Raj Hande. Thanks🙏

I had booked a Mauritius holiday package for my family through the vimannagar Pune outlet. I had done that because my previous experience with the Thomas cook online team was not good. I met Raj Hande at this vimannagar outlet and right from the first interaction with Raj, I knew it was the right decision to visit this place. Raj and his team has demonstrated top class professionalism in all my dealings for this trip. He explained and set my expectations for each and every item listed in the package so that there arent any surprises when we land in Mauritius. Unfortunately on the day of departure, there were some hiccups with Indigo flight cancellations and delays which obviously was not the fault of Thomas cook, however, Raj and Umang went out their way to help me way past midnight that too over the weekend and ensured my family and I were not dissappointed and instead had a very good vacation. The experience doesnt end there - While in Mauritius, Raj and Umang continued to made it memorable for us and took care of everything proactively and also kept a close check on our well being. It was definitely one of the best vacations in the sense I didn't have to do anything other than packing our bags and travelling :) Thank you Raj, Umang and Preetam (in Mauritius). You guys are rockstars. Keep shining!!! Wishing you the best! I would definitely recommend Thomas Cook Vimannagar for your next holiday.
