I had booked a Mauritius holiday package for my family through the vimannagar Pune outlet. I had done that because my previous experience with the Thomas cook online team was not good. I met Raj Hande at this vimannagar outlet and right from the first interaction with Raj, I knew it was the right decision to visit this place. Raj and his team has demonstrated top class professionalism in all my dealings for this trip. He explained and set my expectations for each and every item listed in the package so that there arent any surprises when we land in Mauritius. Unfortunately on the day of departure, there were some hiccups with Indigo flight cancellations and delays which obviously was not the fault of Thomas cook, however, Raj and Umang went out their way to help me way past midnight that too over the weekend and ensured my family and I were not dissappointed and instead had a very good vacation. The experience doesnt end there - While in Mauritius, Raj and Umang continued to made it memorable for us and took care of everything proactively and also kept a close check on our well being. It was definitely one of the best vacations in the sense I didn't have to do anything other than packing our bags and travelling :) Thank you Raj, Umang and Preetam (in Mauritius). My experience of travelling to Japan along with Thomas cook was amazing .Our tour Manager Mr .Omkar Mantri is a young smart energetic and friendly guy he made us feel comfortable and cheerful all the time ....and our tour guide Mr Shyam sunder is an encyclopedia about Japan he involved us all the time in the bus with Japanese culture , language technologies and every knowledge about Japan. Is was an amazing trip all the time , stayed in good hotels, provided good food and all excellent facilities as A home away from home .👍👍👍
