Hello Team Thomas Cook, We have received our Switzerland visas, and we’re extremely happy with how smooth and quick the entire process was. A special thanks to Mr. Suraj Asur for his excellent support, prompt responses, and guidance throughout the visa process. We truly appreciate the professionalism and seamless service provided by the Thomas Cook team. Thank you for making our visa journey so easy and hassle-free!

We had a great overall experience on our Europe trip with Thomas Cook. The visa process and most arrangements were handled smoothly. A special thanks to Mr. Datta Mudgule for his excellent visa assistance, guidance, and continuous support. His prompt responses, attention to detail, and professional approach made the entire visa process stress-free and gave us great confidence before our journey. A special mention absolutely has to go to our guide, Mr. Aldrian Dias. Managing nearly 30 people for 15 days is no easy task, but Aldrian ji handled everything with incredible patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. When we actually got to know our itinerary in Europe, we were extremely frustrated because some things were quite different from what we had expected based on the sales team's communication. ( As communicated by Mr. Fahad from Sales Team Mumbai) We were even upset with Aldrian ji initially, but after seeing how smoothly and sincerely he handled everything, we realised that the real issue was the SALES TEAM, not our guide. Thomas Cook really needs to work on this. People spend a lot of their hard-earned money on their dream destinations, so please stop giving misleading information just to meet sales targets. Be transparent about the actual itinerary and inclusions from the beginning. We also appreciated that Indian meals were provided almost everywhere, but the Local cuisine was served only once each in Florence and Paris, and understandably it was quite bland since it had to cater to Jain, vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. I am giving 4 stars mainly because of Aldrian ji. He genuinely made a huge difference to our experience and deserves all the appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable family trip, but Thomas Cook's sales team needs to be much more transparent with customers.

Excellent Visa Assistance & Outstanding Support! I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Datta Mudgule for his exceptional support and professional assistance throughout the visa processing for our family trip to Australia and New Zealand. From the very beginning, Datta handled our visa process with great professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. He explained every requirement clearly, guided us in preparing the necessary documents, and kept us informed at every important stage. His prompt responses and willingness to address all our queries made the entire experience extremely smooth and stress-free. What I appreciated most was his personal attention, positive approach, and genuine commitment to ensuring that everything was completed correctly. Planning an international family trip involves many formalities, but with Datta’s guidance, the visa process felt much easier and more manageable. We are truly grateful for his valuable assistance and dedicated service. Thank you, Datta, for making an important part of our Australia and New Zealand travel plans so smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Mr. Datta Mudgule to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and professional visa assistance. Excellent service and truly appreciated! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent experience with Thomas Cook for our Europe and UK tour. Special thanks to Suraj Asur for his great support and guidance with the visa process. Smooth service and very professional team. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I want to express my sincere appreciation to the Siddhi Yadav of Thomas Cook for making my New Zealand visa process remarkably fast, smooth, and stress-free.Her clear guidance and prompt document handling turned what seemed like a complicated task into a very simple experience.

Highly understaffed branch. The process takes more than an hour and a half just for an encashment. For comparison, the same process in a government bank took me half an hour or even less. The staff was very well behaved and has great knowledge. Kindly improve the efficiency.

Edit 1: My experience is mixed bag. They are very methodical and process oriented, which I appreciate. But like all process oriented companies it took a while for them to make changes and fix their errors. Thomas Cook team reached out to me and made changes to the booking. I would suggest that you have a proper escalation matrix and respond quickly to customers in case of a problem. Overall, I am satisfied with the support given by the team. Operations team was more responsible. Every country has its own rules, that’s why we rely on professionals to guide us. I liked the inputs, they gave specific to each country so that your experience isn’t hampered by these compliance related asks. Great work ops team in Pune!

Hello, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Datta Mudgule for his outstanding support in handling our UK visa application. Because of his guidance and expertise, we successfully received our UK visas without any difficulties. We understand how strict and detailed the UK visa process is. The British Embassy carefully reviews all financial documents, and even a small mistake can lead to a visa refusal. In our case, there were a few challenges, including a comparatively weak Income Tax Return due to the nature of our business and some high-value bank transactions that could have affected our application. However, Mr. Datta guided us in preparing and submitting the correct documents along with proper explanations and justifications. Thanks to his professionalism, knowledge, and constant support, our visas were approved well in advance. We are now excited and ready to travel with Thomas Cook India Ltd. to explore the beautiful United Kingdom. Thank you once again, Datta, for your valuable guidance, dedication, and support. We truly appreciate your efforts and wish you continued success in your career. Regards Prashant Punekar

He explained every step clearly, guided me through the documentation, and made sure everything was in order before submission. What I appreciated the most was how patient and responsive he was throughout the process. Whenever I had a question or was unsure about something, he was quick to respond and provided clear guidance.
