My experience with Thomas Cook For forex service was nothing but delightful. They are very reliable and transparent, no hidden charges and entire process from quote to final readiness was completely hassle free. Only exception was the payment experience on the online portal, which need an upgrade to enhance the user experience. Special mention for Mr Adil from Patna Branch who went beyond his regular call of duty to make sure the entire experience was comfortable. I requested forex on behalf of my parents (senior citizens). He promptly followed up on the online request raised by me, called back with the required details/documentation needed and arranged for the currency to be delivered at home. There was no need for follow-up. He took the initiative himself and maintained communication at each stage and informed about the progress/ next steps. Overall a fantastic experience. Thanks to the entire team and especially to Mr Adil (Patna Branch) for handling the request efficiently.
