Highlights included the stunning Gardens by the Bay, the vibrant Marina Bay Sands area, and the thrilling rides at Universal Studios. The public transport system (MRT) made sightseeing incredibly easy and efficient. Thailand (Cultural & Coastal Charm): Bangkok impressed us with its grand temples. and delicious, affordable street food. Afterwards, the relaxing beaches in Pattay were the perfect escape. The nightlife and shopping in Thailand are unmatched. Overall Experience: The combination of Singapore’s fast-paced, organized atmosphere with Thailand’s relaxed, warm hospitality was perfect. Everything ran smoothly, from local transport to hotel check-ins. Highly recommend this combination for a memorable holiday. EVERY ONE SHOULD CHOOSE ONE AN ONLY THIS BEAUTIFUL ORGANIZATION.

My Europe Tour, with Thomas Cook was just excellent. All pre tour & on the tour services were top class. Nitin Purohit was extremely efficient , attentive n helpful till the last day. Rajesh, Marcelin madam were extremely helpful. Sites were chosen very carefully to cover maximum points. Airlines service, food, luxury bus.....every thing was pleasant. Nitin was very helpfull in sorting out issues

Mr. Nitin Purohit is a very polite, efficient, well knowledged and very helpful person. His intervention made our whole tour booking procedure very smooth and easy. He provided us with all the required information from time to time and made things easy for us. However I am afraid I am not very happy with certain Thomas cook policies. Many rooms provided on the tour were quite crammed up for 3 persons which made our stay bit inconvenient and uncomfortable in some places. 1 bathroom shared by 3 people also made things very inconvenient. They should have given us a separate single room as we had paid on individual basis.

Mr. Rajesh handled our forex requirements efficiently and guided us through the process.

Mr.Rajesh,officer in charge of Forex is very friendly, solves all queries promptly. Cooperative, energetic, with smiling face ,ready to help. Quite impressed
