I would like to share my great experience today with Thomas Cook team. I lost my wallet early this month along with my Multi-Currency Card. I went to block my card using online portal and requested for a replacement card that I got in 4 days. I endeded up confirming that I have the new card and wanted to make sure it is useful. Hence, I dropped an email to Thomas Cook few times chasing the same, unfortunately they do not handle activation and that means I have to get in touch with the source branch. Now I tried customer care a few time who were insisting me to drop email which did not help. Finally, today the customer representative provided me the right guidance to and gave me the contact of the source branch. I reached out to her expressing my concerns. To my surprise, it was a deligful experience to get the guidance of registering my card, changing my pin and confirming that my services are restored. Thanks you so much for supporting me in getting the new card activited. You have rightfully earned a happy customer!!

It’s not the rate or the smoothness it’s the people at the GK2 branch that are outstanding in their service and support each time I travel. Rachna Verma, Nidhi Giri, Meenakshi Kazaniya, Smit. I especially appreciate the support I get when I need help while abroad. May the new Multicurrency world being more prosperity to the team. Final note: I arrived here for a refund and got offered prasad after their office Diwali puja. India is fascinating and the cultural sensitivity commendable

Glad to interact with Thomas Cook team of GK2 of Delhi, India. They are cooperative and trained to understand rules and regulations and also in assisting customers. During my trip to Europe (Spain and France), I had little worry of my card hacking. Ms Rachna Verma quickly assisted me from Delhi and on return Ms Nidhi Giri facilitated in getting timely new card and transfer of balance without any interruptions.
