Thomas cook Borderless card was a very good card that we used in our Europe trip. It was completely hassle free to use without any mark up or hidden charges. To top it off, the service provided by TC staff was also outstanding. The loading/unloading was done within an hour everytime when I requested.
All in all a great service with a good product.
