Me and my sister went to Europe in Sep 2025. We had a great experience with Thomas Cook Kharghar branch regarding documentation part. The visa process was hassle-free with VFS. All the destinations were amazing esp the English channel cruise and Interlaken. The tour manager Mr Deepak Sawant was very kind, expert and interactive with all the tourists. He took care like a family esp the elders and made the tour memorable for lifetime. Few hotels namely B&B lacked basic facilities like mineral water and kettle inside the room. Homely Indian food was widely available.
Overall experience was fantastic. Just loved it. Worth recommendation in every way 😊
