Had a wonderful and memorable experience with Thomas Cook. We were very satisfied with the itinerary, hotel bookings, sightseeing, and city tour transportation. Mr. Sharath from Thomas Cook, Mangalore, was extremely helpful and was always there whenever we approached him. Mrs. Pranali, our tour guide, was a wonderful person who cared for all of us like a mother. She even celebrated one of the tourists’ birthdays as well as Mother’s Day with us. However, we had a very unpleasant experience with the airline VietJet. We faced too much harassment regarding luggage, which was something we had never experienced before. We kindly request Thomas Cook to consider changing the airline in future tours — anything but VietJet. Overall, I can confidently say that it was an awesome tour experience with Thomas Cook and their excellent services. This is my second tour with Thomas Cook, and I look forward to travelling with them again in the future.
