I had a wonderful experience with Thomas Cook Fusion Europe tour of 11 days and I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Sharath Anchan from the Mangalore office for being extremely kind, helpful, and approachable throughout our tour. He was always available to answer our questions and patiently guided us whenever we needed assistance. His support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The 11 days tour was very well organised and went smoothly. We had comfortable and nice hotels, and the food served throughout the journey was excellent. Everything was well planned, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the experience. A special mention to our Tour Manager, Mr. Abhishek Pandey, who did an exceptional job. He was responsible, organised, friendly, and genuinely cared about everyone in the group. His little acts of kindness and the way he went out of his way to help people made a big difference. What could have just been a regular group tour turned into such a fun and memorable journey because of him. He kept the group comfortable, happy, and entertained throughout. I would definitely recommend Thomas Cook to anyone planning a holiday. And if you happen to get Mr. Abhishek Pandey as your Tour Manager, consider it a jackpot! 😄 He truly adds that extra something to the whole travel experience. Had a wonderful and memorable experience with Thomas Cook. We were very satisfied with the itinerary, hotel bookings, sightseeing, and city tour transportation. Mr. Sharath from Thomas Cook, Mangalore, was extremely helpful and was always there whenever we approached him. Mrs. Pranali, our tour guide, was a wonderful person who cared for all of us like a mother. She even celebrated one of the tourists’ birthdays as well as Mother’s Day with us. However, we had a very unpleasant experience with the airline VietJet. We faced too much harassment regarding luggage, which was something we had never experienced before. We kindly request Thomas Cook to consider changing the airline in future tours — anything but VietJet. Overall, I can confidently say that it was an awesome tour experience with Thomas Cook and their excellent services. This is my second tour with Thomas Cook, and I look forward to travelling with them again in the future.

We had been to japan few days back through thomascook Mangalore office. Mr sharath is an exllent person sits in Mangalore office. We are senior citizen ls and very difficult to handle. But sharath was vary soft and kind to handle us through the process. Japan tour was excellent and enjoyable. We loved the food Each rupees we paid was worth to spend I recommend thomascook to all who is looking for do Japan tour, there are many player in market, but no one like THOMASCOOK..
