Had a issue with reloading in TC which was taken from currency agency... Reloading didn't happen... Contacted the agency and was struggling to connect with HO of Thomas Cook... In order to resolve the issue we contacted branch end and requested to address the issue .. staff at branch end patiently listened and tried to address the same even when it was not directly related to them..
