The experience with Thomas Cook located at SDF building, Kolkata was not good. I asked multiple times for my card benefits but the lady who attended me told to read it myself from the card booklet. I was told that first transaction from my card will be free but I was charged for it. My only concern is that the staff over there are not bothered to explain things properly in details and just want to complete the deal.
