I recently completed a wonderful 9-day trip to Finland organized by Thomas Cook, and I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the excellent experience they delivered. From the very beginning, the trip was planned beautifully. The itinerary was thoughtfully designed, allowing us to experience Finland comfortably without feeling rushed. Every destination and activity felt well-timed and well-organized. A special mention for the hotels arranged during the trip, they were fantastic. Each property was comfortable, well-located, and offered a great stay experience. After long days of exploring, it was always relaxing to return to such well-chosen accommodations. The overall execution of the trip was extremely smooth. All the transports were coordinated perfectly, the drivers were professional and punctual, and every transfer happened exactly as planned. What impressed me the most was how easily the team was available on WhatsApp whenever we needed assistance or had a quick question. Their responsiveness made the entire journey stress-free and very reassuring. The only small suggestion I would share is that the journey between Oulu and Kemi could have been even more enjoyable as a road trip instead of a train ride, as the scenic drive would have added another beautiful experience to the itinerary. Overall, it was an exceptionally well-organized holiday. Thank you to the Thomas Cook team for the meticulous planning, seamless coordination, wonderful hotel selections, and constant support throughout the trip. It truly made our Finland vacation memorable. I would happily recommend Thomas Cook to anyone planning a well-executed international holiday.

After hearing lots of reviews about Thomas Cook we finally booked our customised Europe trip with them. The way they planned our trip is very much appreciable. We stayed at Paris for 2 nights and Zurich for 4 nights. Both hotels are good and in proper area which we like most. They booked all tickets, swiss pass which made our trip easier. Throughout the journey they were available virtually, whenever we needed they helped us without any delay. We are happy to be a part of them.

We booked our Honeymoon to Maldives from here and it was a great experience overall.We would sincerely appreciate the support from Mr Amin who was always there when needed. We would definitely look forward in making more trips with the branch.

We went to Thomas Cook Newtown branch as it was closest to our home; the office is quite small but staff were excellent. Mr. Aminuddin listened to our requirements, drew up itinerary and kept us informed every step of the way. The visa process was smooth and we also got our forex card from TC. Our tour followed the planned itinerary and Mr. Aminuddin was accessible during the tour; he actually helped to solve a transportation problem abroad. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience on our first trip with TC. Looking forward to using their service again soon.

Amin , the customer care officer at Thomas Cook ( Newtown), maintains a consistently professional and courteous demeanour. He genuinely tries his best to make things easy for us. If there are delays, they are never his fault; rather, they stem from the technical red tape that operates outside his sphere of influence.
