We went to Thomas Cook Newtown branch as it was closest to our home; the office is quite small but staff were excellent. Mr. Aminuddin listened to our requirements, drew up itinerary and kept us informed every step of the way. The visa process was smooth and we also got our forex card from TC. Our tour followed the planned itinerary and Mr. Aminuddin was accessible during the tour; he actually helped to solve a transportation problem abroad. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience on our first trip with TC. Looking forward to using their service again soon.

This is a relatively new branch of TC in Kolkata (a year old or so). I have been a client of TC across various branches in India for almost 8 years, and have always been satisfied with the service. The Newtown branch has catered with the same diligence and care. Let me not get into technical details, but the staff of this branch has been extremely cooperative and has delivered quick service with zero hassle.
