My transfers were taken care by Mr. Jit and Ms. Smrita Das. They both did quite a great job. Especially Ms. Das even though she met with an accident, she gave her best, was calm and focused to complete the transfer by the end of the day. Really appreciate the effort and work. Only the technical side I would say can improve a little better as the portal sometimes gets crashed and requires the client to be present physical in their offices. Other than this, everything else is swift. Looking forward to deal for forex transfers in the future.
