Thomas Cook - Holidays and Travel Package, Chowringhee North, kolkata

My family knows Mr Maurick Shuvankar for the last 08 to 09 years since he planned our first visit to the UK. He was at that time with another establishment. Since, that was our first family foray abroad together and our first again through an agency, there were some trepidations. Over a period we realised that Maurick had a tremendous empathy and capacity to understand our needs for the visit. At times, in hindsight, we did burden him with certain small demands and requirements and found him always responsive. This time, we had planned a European jaunt with a group in Sep 2026 way back in Feb -Mar with Maurick. However in Jul 2026, this group tour was cancelled due circumstances outside the control of all. Since our leaves from office had already been co-ordinated, there was no option but to cancel the thought in entirety. Maurick stepped in salvaged the situation by giving us some very viable alternatives and we went ahead with it, trusting him fully with all the issues that will be thrown up considering the paucity of time for integrating it all. The family is very thankful for all the efforts that he put in to ensure that the plan went through seamlessly. We are indeed thankful to the entire team in countries visited for making our visit worthwhile. Maurick ensured that all our requirements were met without compromising on the company's interests and policies. Truly an asset to the organisation. Thank you Maurick once again for all the attention to detail and the hard work that preceded our visit and beyond. Look forward t further interactions with you in the future too.

We had a fantastic family holiday curated by TC, Kolkata. I'd like to put on record,Mr Shubhankar Maurick, was extremely patient and resourceful in helping us and made sure we had a very comfortable ,family holiday in Azerbaijan and Khazakistan. Thank you,Mr Shubhankar!

Our family had a very good experience with Thomas Cook. They had prepared a seamless itinerary for us in Azerbaijan and Kazakasthan. It was tailored as per our needs. Mr. Shubhankar was extremely patient and considerate while designing the itinerary for our family and ensured that our requirements were taken care of. The hotels they booked for us, were very comfortable, top-notch and well placed. The drivers were professional and our transfers were comfortable. We look forward to plan our future trips with them.
