Recently travelled to Ladakh after booking a Magical Ladakh package thru the Ballygunge Thomas Cook office A special word of thanks to Mr Prasenjit for explaining and arranging the entire trip to the last detail A special word of thanks also to tour manager Mr Vinayak for his excellent tour management and also ensuring that the requirements of every group member was taken care of.....a man of immense patience and dedication All the arrangements on the trip were as promised and not a thing was out of place.....had a wonderful time and hope to be a part of similar packages in future

I had a very satisfying experience with Thomas Cook in my Durga Puja special tour to Thailand from 09.10.2024 to 15.10.2024. The hotels, food , conveyance and sight seeing were all up to the mark. Our tour manager Mr Kamaljit Singh deserves special mention. He was very efficient , punctual and conducted the tour to the satisfaction of all concerned. I had undertaken the trip alone and he was always there with every support. My thanks to him.
