I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience is truly worth mentioning. My son had a really great experience with Thomas Cook Forex, thanks to Mr. Vyshak. He was professional, friendly, and very patient from the start. What impressed me the most was when my son faced a problem withdrawing cash from his forex card at an ATM late at night—Mr. Vyshak responded immediately and guided him calmly, step by step, until the issue was resolved. As a parent, it was very reassuring to see such dedication and support, especially outside regular working hours. I’m genuinely thankful to Mr. Vyshak for his care and excellent service.
