Thomas Cook - Holidays and Foreign Currency Exchange, Nedumbassery, ernakulam

Excellent and fast service by Priyadarshan and Midhun. Appreciate the good work.

I had an excellent experience with the Thomas Cook Money Exchange counter at Cochin Airport. The staff were extremely sincere, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. Their integrity and transparency made the currency exchange experience smooth, reliable, and trustworthy. I exchanged EUR 290 at their counter. Due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally handed over an additional EUR 100 along with the amount to be exchanged. I received the INR equivalent for EUR 290 and left the counter without realizing the error. What impressed me the most was the honesty and dedication shown by the staff members, Vishnu and Jiby. They identified the mistake and made every effort to locate me and return the excess EUR 100. This was not an easy task because I was not staying at the address mentioned in my passport. Despite that, they went the extra mile and put in considerable effort to find me and return my money. I must say one thing if they wouldn’t findout me I may not even think about this mistake I was really surprised when they gave me this 100 EUR the mistake I have made. I sincerely thank these gentlemen for their commitment, honesty, and determination. I am truly grateful for their exceptional customer service. They were polite, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their commitment to ethical practices and customer satisfaction is highly commendable. I highly recommend Thomas Cook Money Exchange to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable foreign exchange service. Keep up the great work, Vishnu and Jiby! 👍 Thank you once again for your honesty and outstanding effort. It is people like you who build trust and confidence in a service

Great customer service

Well dedicated staff n knowledge.

Good Service,Better Exchange Rates Comparing with other Airport Counters.

Fast service, great rates, and polite staff. One of the best currency exchange services I’ve used.

I recently traveled from Qatar and needed to exchange some Qatari Riyals at Cochin International Airport. There are four exchange counters close to each other, and all of them were calling customers, so I compared the rates before deciding. Two counters were offering very low rates, and another one had a decent rate but charged a very high fee. Finally, I checked Thomas Cook, and they gave me the best exchange rate with the lowest service charge. And the staff Mr. Arjun very professional and clearly explained the tax amount, their transaction charges, and the final amount I would receive. Their transparency and friendliness really gave me confidence. Overall, I had a great experience with Thomas Cook, and I truly appreciate their service. Thank you for making the process easy and hassle-free!
