Hello Thomas Cook. Just want to share my experience of our trip to Bali from 18th to 24th May 2026. As always , our trip was very comfortable and its all because of thomas cook . We booked our trip through Ankush who is extremely , friendly and efficient in every aspect. He planned everything according to our schedule and expectations. What we find good about Thomas Cook is that the itinerary never changes hence the whole tour goes smoothly from day one. Our driver in Bali was very nice and friendly which was the icing on the cake. Nice experience with hotels and food at Gulmarg and Pahalgam. Hotel Chinar, Srinagar food menu needs to be improved as they had limited menu.

Booked my Dubai package with Thomas Cook and the experience was really good. I was a bit worried for Visa, hotels and flights and also about the conduction of trip in Dubai, and how will we maintain connection with the travel co-ordinator, drivers, but it turned out to be a hassle free trip, truly worth the charges and the transportation, food, and hotel stay was really amazing.
