Recently I have been on a Europe trip booked through Thomas Cook Velachery branch. The trip was well arranged and Mr. Praveen was very helpful in planning the trip and had a pleasant experience dealing with him.

Recently, l had a trip to Europe. I booked the package tour in Thomas Cook, Velachery Branch. Firstly, they explained in detail about the package, then the provision of Travelling documents were very smooth. Moreover they advised me about the things to be taken care of while travelling to various places. In short the service of the Executive was excellent. Thank you Thomas Cook for a memorable trip.

Recently approached Praveen from Velachery branch for devotional tour to Kedarnath and Badrinath by helicopter. He explained about the program and the comfortable slots we could take. Also provided constant updates from the main tours including video call with the coordinator in preparation for the tour etc. Thanks for making the tour arrangements possible inspite of various odds, in terms of weather etc

Mr.Praveen from Thomas cook , velacherry was very helpful in guiding me regarding flight bookings booked by me separately ( as I had to proceed to Toronto on completion of my Europe trip ) He suggested where to take my onward flight to Toronto after completing the Europe trip . He visited my flat to complete formalities and kept on close coordination for completing the Europe trip without any hassles . He also guided me as to how much currencies I should carry which was useful to me when I had to spend in cash . Overall great experience !!

I have used the services for Holidays in Europe US and Dubai. Most recent was for Western Delight and I was highly impressed with the personalised service extended by Praveenkumar. Right from enquiry till I return, he was clarifying doubts patiently which is making us to make Thomas Cook as preferred agency for holiday booking.I do have certain issues on food during the travel especially closing Indian restaurants for dinner or for lunch. Otherwise Tour Managers had been extending good support.I must also appreciate the Forex team for quick resolution of issues

Great service by all the three staff including Mr Srinivasan, Ms Shivadarshini and Mr Manoj inspite of powercut from Morning. They were literally toiling in sweat but very kind n polite inspite of tough working conditions. Keep up the good service.
