Mr. Mano is good in managing and convincing the clients. There are some unhappiness in managing the itinerary due to which many golden days gone waste. But that was excused since Mano wasn’t part to it. Anyway, except the above, in totality trip was good and we enjoyed including with the arrangements made by Thomas cook.
